The terms for the check and the report

These terms apply when you use autx.ai, the free AUTX AI Visibility Check or the AUTX AI Visibility Report. AUTX DAO LLC, a Wyoming company, runs these services. By using them, you agree to these terms. Last updated October 31, 2026.

The free check

The free check asks one AI model three questions customers ask about your type of business, plus a name check. It is free, it needs no account, and daily limits apply. We may refuse or stop checks that look automated or abusive.

The report

• Price: $49, paid once. No subscription.
• What you get: a PDF report on how the AI models listed on How it works answer your customers' questions, with a fix kit of draft files.
• Delivery: by email, usually within 2 hours. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours after your payment goes through (or after we receive your business details, if we had to ask for them), we refund you in full automatically.
• Missing details: if we ask for your business details and do not get them within 72 hours, we refund you in full.
• Orders we do not run: we may refund an order in full instead of running it, for example when the business details fail our content check.

What we promise, and what we do not

A report is a dated sample of what AI models answered when we asked them through their developer APIs. The consumer AI apps can answer differently, and answers change from run to run. We report what the models said. Our software sorts the answers automatically and can misread one. We do not promise any ranking, recommendation, traffic, sales or change in what AI says about you. The fix kit holds drafts: check every line before you publish it.

Refunds

• Ask on your order page within 30 days of payment and tell us why.
• We refund a request made before your report is ready automatically. The same goes for a request after a report email that offered a refund because we could not measure one of the models.
• After delivery, a person reviews each request and may approve or decline it. We reply within 2 business days.
• A refund goes back to the original payment method.
• If you asked for a refund on an earlier report in the last 30 days, we review a new order before we run it. If we do not run it within 24 hours, we refund it in full.
• If you dispute the charge with your bank, we stop work on the order and the bank decides.

Using the service fairly

You may check any business, including a competitor or a client. Give accurate details, and do not use the service, or the reports, to harass a business or to publish misleading claims about it. Do not get around the daily limits or the check that you are a person, overload the service, or try to reach data that is not yours.

AI answers

The answers in a report come from AI models we do not control. They can be wrong or out of date, and they do not reflect the views of AUTX.

Your report

Within these terms, you may use and share your report. The site, the method and the software stay ours.

Liability

We provide the service as is. To the extent the law allows, AUTX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report the claim concerns.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. The terms in place when you paid apply to that order.
